For Clients Seeking Support or Therapy

If you are seeking therapy with one of our clinicians at WI CBT, please contact us here. Beyond one-on-one therapy, you may benefit from more self-guided practice. The use of self-help books such as those recommended by the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies can assist toward this.

You may also find support groups, consisting of people who experience or have experienced similar circumstances or symptoms. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) has a Wisconsin Chapter with resources available across the state.

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, please call 911 or dial 988 for the national suicide prevention line.

For Professionals

Regardless of whether you seek services from WI CBT Center, these are organizations that we have found to be crucial in our own development as professionals and therapists. Please consider joining and sharing them with colleagues!
